The Ford Research Group values the role of each of our team members and collaborators, and we respect and appreciate each person’s unique perspective. Our interdisciplinary group brings expertise in the areas of health systems engineering, D&I research, social science, pharmacy, nursing, epidemiology, and quantitative and qualitative analyses. We are always open to new ideas, opinions, collaborators, and areas of expertise. As a group, our goals are to:
- Advance the use of dissemination and implementation strategies in behavioral health, long-term care, and community pharmacies.
- Develop sustainable interventions and implementation strategies that promote the use of evidence-based practices.
- Understand organizational attributes associated with the implementation and sustainment of organizational change.
