Associate Professor
Vardeny’s Research: Investigating the effect of heart failure medication

Dr. Vardeny’s work falls within the Practice Advancement & Education area where researchers strive to find new ways to achieve healthy outcomes from drug therapies, increase drug safety and effectiveness, and maximize the benefits of medications for their patients. Her interest in heart failure research focuses on delineating contributions of beta adrenergic pathways on metabolic abnormalities and immune function in patients with heart failure.
