Associate Professor
Chui’s Research: Advancing medication safety and quality through systems-based research

Dr. Chui’s work centers on applying human factors approaches and utilizing a systems perspective to studying medication safety, both from the perspective of older adults who take medications and pharmacists who educate patients and dispense medications. She is currently working on a project to redesign a community pharmacy to decrease over-the-counter medication misuse by older adults.
