PharmD Career Days

PharmD students chat with representatives at the annual career fair

The School of Pharmacy hosts a two-day Career Days event annually for PharmD students.

The Career Development Day (first day) offers career programming to each cohort that is tailored to their year in the program. This programming provides an opportunity for all students to think and talk about their career goals, practice their career-related skills (e.g. elevator speech, networking) by connecting with a variety of organizations, and learn more about future educational and/or employment opportunities.  If you are interested in presenting or volunteering to review student CVs, contact Chelsea Wimmer.

The Career Fair (second day offers employers the opportunity to connect face-to-face with our PharmD students to promote the employment and educational opportunities available within their organization.

The Fall Interview Day is typically held about two weeks after the annual Career Fair, and the Spring Interview Day is typically held late-March or early-April. If you are interested in learning more about or participating in the Fall Interview Day or Spring Interview Day, contact Lindsey Weigel.

In addition to the interview days, employers can request an interview schedule at any time throughout the academic year. Contact Lindsey Weigel to learn more.
