This project utilized longitudinal administrative data and key informant interviews to explore whether improvements experienced by NIATx200 clinics located in Michigan, New York and Washington were sustained for a three-year period post participation in a quality improvement collaborative and identify at the clinic level the environmental, organizational and innovation attributes that influenced sustainability over time.
