Philanthropy – February 2017

Chris Natynski
Chris Natynski, Associate Director of Development

By the time our annual campaign concluded at the end of December, many of our friends and alumni contributed to the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy. Maybe you received a flamingo in the mail from the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association. Every gift makes a difference for our students, faculty, and facilities. On behalf of us all here at the school, thank you for your generosity!

Did you know that your current, or former employer, might have a matching gift policy? Some companies provide a dollar for dollar match on gifts made to non-profit organizations where you have the opportunity to make double the impact of the School of Pharmacy. This is a great way to take advantage of programs set up by corporations and organizations that want to meet the philanthropic efforts of their employees. Gifts made through your pocketbook or retirement savings might qualify for the match. To see if your current, or former, employer participates in such a program, click here or contact your human resources department. If you have any questions about how you can support the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy, or would like to send a picture with your flamingo, you can reach me at chris.natynski@supportuw.org or (608) 381-3394.
