Annually, the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy recognizes distinguished alumni with a Citation of Merit Award. Citations of Merit have been awarded annually since 1953 to distinguished alumni or friends of the school; only an honorary degree constitutes a higher honor than a citation. In addition to the Citation Awards, the Pharmacy Alumni Association (PAA) recognizes an outstanding alumnus for their contributions to pharmacy, society, professional organizations and the School of Pharmacy. The Young Alumnus of the Year Award is presented to an individual under the age of 40.

The 2015 Citation of Merit Award recipients were honored at a dinner held Friday, October 16, 2015, at the Carson Gulley Center, 1515 Tripp Circle, UW-Madison. Pictured below the 2015 recipients received their award from Dean Steve Swanson.
