Gidal to present epilepsy research in Stockholm

Barry Gidal, professor (CHS) and Division Chair, Pharmacy Practice Division, has been invited to present at 11th European Congress on Epileptology in late June in Stockholm, Sweden.

Gidal will present research on his work entitled, “Effect of dosing intervals on the pharmacokinetic profile of USL255, once-daily extended-release topiramate.” The abstract was also selected as a best poster presentation and will be presented as a platform presentation during the June 29-July 3, 2014 Congress.

The European Congress on Epileptology (ECE) is now a landmark in the epilepsy community agenda and the Stockholm 2014 congress will build on the success of the 10th ECE in London. The program will cover cutting-edge research in the field of epilepsy through presentations from the leaders in the field, including lectures by world-renowned scientists on topics at the interfaces of epilepsy.

The 11th European Congress on Epileptology is organized by the Commission on European Affairs (CEA) of the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE).
