Prior to joining the Wenthur Lab, I worked on a project studying biomarkers for acute respiratory infections. Research has always been a part of my learning process, and I plan to continue to participate in research to improve clinical practices and the wellbeing of the people I serve. My current areas of interests are mental health, trauma, and substance use disorders.

Within the Wenthur Lab, I am working on a project to increase naloxone dispensing within community pharmacies in Wisconsin through pharmacy student academic detailing. I am very excited to be working on this project because it addresses the opioid epidemic and is working to improve access to naloxone across the state. My research in the Wenthur lab concerning naloxone access has challenged me to address an intervention in care from the student, pharmacist, and patient perspective.

I am a pharmacy student and a member of the Wellness committee within the psych and neuro student interest group. I lead a study group in pharmacokinetics for first-year PharmD students and volunteer with MEDiC and Covid-19 vaccine clinics.
