Dr. Shiyanbola will serve as the UW–Madison lead for the NIH-funded Building Up program. Building Up, developed at the University of Pittsburgh Institute for Clinical Research Education, tests the effectiveness of a career development intervention designed for postdoctoral trainees and junior faculty who come from populations underrepresented in health-related sciences on a national basis.
