Congratulations to second-year Doctor of Pharmacy student, Bailey Stevenson, whose poster, “Priminilary Results from a Longitudinal Mixed Methods Study of Medication Adherence in Blacks with Type II Diabetes” was accepted for presentation at the PSW Educational Conference. Bailey’s mentored-research poster will be an opportunity for her to discuss with her peers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals how despite new interventions in medication adherence, black patients continue to have lower adherence rates compared to white patients.
