Congratulations to Sierra and Bailey, DPH-3 students whose submitted abstracts were accepted!
Sierra will present her poster presentation titled “Improving Diabetes Medication Adherence among African Americans by Addressing Illness Perceptions: The Need for a Culturally Adapted Tool.”
Bailey will present her poster on “The Effect of Psychosocial and Interpersonal factors on Medication Adherence in Blacks with Type 2 diabetes: Preliminary results from a longitudinal mixed methods study.”
These posters will be presented during the 2021 PSW Educational Conference Virtual Poster Session on Wednesday, April 14, 2021.
