Hye Jin studied at the College of Pharmacy, Korea University, and received a PharmD degree in 2017. She joined the PhD program in pharmaceutical sciences at the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2017. She is currently a PhD student in Dr. Glen Kwon’s laboratory, working on a polymer-based drug delivery system targeting cancer and fibrotic diseases.
Hye Jin’s research interest focuses on developing peptide-based drug molecules for the treatment of cancer and fibrotic diseases. She has also worked on the development of antibody- and peptide-based molecular imaging agents for the early diagnosis of diseases and improvement of treatment outcomes.
