I-Wei currently works at StrideBio, a gene therapy company, where she leads routine sample testing and some assay development work for the quality control and assay development team. She earned her BS in genetics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison in 2013 and was an associate research specialist with the Bugni Research Group from 2014–2017.
