WVUMedicine PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Virtual Showcase

WVU Medicine – WVU Hospitals, also known as J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital, is the flagship academic medical center of WVU Health System located in Morgantown, WV. In addition to J.W. Ruby, the WVU Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center, WVU Rockefeller Neuroscience Institute, WVU Heart and Vascular Institute, and the new WVU Children's Hospital are also located on our campus and provide rotational experiences. We also offer a variety of outpatient learning experiences in our primary care and specialty ambulatory care clinics. We work closely with the WVU School of Pharmacy, which allows our residents to have precepting experiences, as well as the opportunity to complete a teaching certificate program through the school.

 

The PGY1 programs we offer are PGY1 Acute Care Pharmacy, PGY1 Community-Based Pharmacy, PGY1 Pediatric Pharmacy, PGY1 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy, and PGY1/2 Health System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership (HSPAL) + Master of Health Administration (MHA).
