VIRTUAL: Dr. Tito Izard — MLK Talk on “Legends and Legacy: The Masking of Black Health in America”

Renowned UW School of Medicine and Public Health alumnus Tito Izard, MD ’96, will join us for a virtual event from 11 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 15 to honor Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Dr. Izard will discuss the health impacts of systemic racism in a talk titled “Legends and Legacy: The Masking of Black Health in America.” He is a frontline fighter for health equity as President and CEO of Milwaukee Health Services, Inc., an independent not-for-profit Federally Qualified Health Center.
