150 Years of the Comstock Act




Join the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy Archivist, Hannah Rose Swan, as she discusses the two newest exhibit cases on the first floor of Rennebohm Hall: “150 Years of the Comstock Act” and “The Pill: A History of Hormonal Birth Control.” Learn about the origins of the Comstock Act and how it continues to impact the work of pharmacists today, as well as how the development of hormonal birth control was affected by Comstock.

This event is being held in conjunction with the History of Science, Medicine, and Technology Brown Bag series.
