Dr. Azita Saleki-Gerhardt leads a global team of scientific, manufacturing, engineering, quality, and supply chain professionals responsible for supply and distribution of all AbbVie products.
She has been published in a number of scientific publications and has been awarded several patents related to pharmaceutical sciences. Dr. Saleki-Gerhardt earned her bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees in pharmaceutics from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and serves on the School of Pharmacy Board of Visitors.

The Scholars in Pharmacy at the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Pharmacy helps PharmD students plan individualized learning and scholarship experiences through scholarly concentrations within the Doctor of Pharmacy curriculum. The Scholars in Pharmacy offerings include Paths of Distinction, credit-bearing certificates, academic minors (concentrations/named options), residency tracks, and dual or combined degrees.

The Pharmacology and Toxicology undergraduate program at the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Pharmacy features an interdisciplinary, biomedically-rich, human-health focused curriculum that prepares students for scientific careers as well as for graduate work or study in health professional programs.
