Warm up this winter with a cozy cup of hot cocoa and candy canes while exploring the world of global health! These 2 drop-in sessions are for pharmacy students to learn more about APPE international opportunities in the field and ask questions. Whether you’re curious about sites/rotations, clinical/hospital settings, requirements, housing, potential scholarships, or just want to know where to begin, this is your chance to stir up ideas, sip something sweet, and serve your future with global purpose.
Sessions are held in Room 1042 with Mara Kieser, Global Health Director and Assistant Dean for Experiential Education. Dr. Ann Evensen and Dr. James Conway from SMPH will also be on hand to answer questions about the Global Health Certificate and Field Experiences.
Drop in any time and stay for as long as you want. Bring your own mug if you have one. Hot cocoa and candy canes provided.
