Using mixed methodologies grounded in behavioral sciences and human-centered design, the BUILD Lab partners with hospitals, pharmacies, healthcare organizations, and industry partners to evaluate, design, and improve digital health tools that address real-world challenges. Building Better Ways to Do Digital Health User Research and Co-Design
The BUILD Lab is developing a novel AI-powered user research platform that makes it faster and easier for digital health teams to gather meaningful user research insights from patients, caregivers, and clinicians. It helps our digital health innovators answer, “What human need is this technology actually solving, and what improvements will help them address these needs?”
