Join us on October 12th for Pride in Healthcare’s first lecture addressing the unique healthcare needs of the LGBTQ patient community. We have a very special guest lecturer joining us, Richard Kilmer, a local pharmacist at Community Pharmacy.
Richard was an early volunteer for the Madison AIDS Support Network (now ARC) during the early years of the AIDS crisis. He was one of the founders of GALVAnize (which is now Madison Pride). He was president of the board of The United, and helped with its merger with the LGBT Resource Center to become OutReach. Richard was also president of the board of OutReach.
We are very excited and could not have asked for a better LGBTQ advocate in our field to come speak with us.
