This special event is Tuesday, March 21st, 2023, and the 1:00pm – 3:30pm agenda is focused on screening older adults for their fall risk. An interprofessional team of students/faculty (PT, OT, Nursing, Pharmacy) will be providing information, screenings and risk assessments. The event will be held at the Oakwood Village University Woods location (6205 Mineral Point Rd, Madison WI 53705). This does qualify as a CCA event: Outreach and Diversity.
As a “pharmacy screener” you will conduct a brief medication check-up and WHO-FRAX bone health assessment with an older adult participant from 1:00-3:00pm followed by action planning from 3:00-3:30pm. Please sign up through the link provided!
