It is our honor (Student senate, SASP, WSPS, IPHO, BADGERxPEDS, MAPP) to bring back the RAN Apothecary Ball in memory of Adam Nickel.
Why does it matter?
This event was created in 2008 in honor of Remembering Adam Nickel (RAN), a former PharmD student that suddenly passed while in his 3rd year of pharmacy school, and was halted in 2019 due to the pandemic. To continue tradition, the event was restarted this year as a fundraiser with most of the proceeds going towards the Leukemia and Lymphoma society, similar to previous years, with the addition of all auction proceeds going towards the Adam Nickel Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Who is Invited?
All PharmD, PharmTox, graduate students, faculty/staff, and alumni are welcome to attend!
There is also an option to purchase an additional ticket for a plus-one/guest.

The deadline to submit your donation is by November 1st @ 11:59 PM. All proceeds of this silent auction will go towards the Adam Nickels Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Why attend the event?
Aids in the professional socialization of students into their identity as a student pharmacist.Creates an opportunity for fourth year students to reconnect with their peers and meet/connect with students in other cohorts.
Offers a mechanism to build social connections between first- and fourth-year students, faculty and students, and creates relaxed networking opportunities for the first years.
It creates a platform that will expose the student pharmacist to the pharmtox and grad students.
Provides another social and community building event for student pharmacists to focus on personal wellness. It will also serve as a platform for alumni to be more connected with the students and faculty.
