Ofek Bar-Ilan, pharmaceutical sciences PhD graduate student in the laboratory of Darin Furgeson, assistant professor in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Division and Biomedical Engineering, received the Young Investigator Award from the Midwest Regional Chapter of the Society of Toxicology.

Bar-Ilan will receive financial support to be used toward her toxicological research and will present at the chapter’s 2009 spring meeting.
