The Experiential Learning Office is beginning to make preparations for your 2026-2027 Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) clerkship rotations. At this time, you have an opportunity to submit an alternative site request. This can be a new site where you would like to complete a DPH-4 APPE elective clerkship rotation.
Please note:
- Alternative sites and preceptors cannot be listed on our active clerkship database.
- Alternative sites must be within the US. International sites will not be approved.
- You may not have a personal relationship with a preceptor at this site (e.g. spouse or family member)
The alternative site link is available now until 12:00PM (noon) on August 1, 2025. Please find this link as a menu option on your student landing page for the clerkship registrations. Please submit the requested information and we will confirm your request via email by October 1. Please note that we will not accept any further requests after the August 1 deadline.
