The Division of Pharmacy Professional Development (DPPD) has partnered with Bioanalysis Zone, a forum affiliated with the international journal Bionalysis, to develop a new webinar series focused on new and emerging bioanalysis content from DPPD industry partners. The “Expert Series” offers monthly live and recorded webinars. Staff from DPPD will coordinate and produce the informative webinars on topics relevant to bioanalytical scientists and secure registrations through a co-branded marketing strategy.

“The Division of Pharmacy Professional Development at UW-Madison’s School of Pharmacy, in partnership with Bioanalysis Zone, each hold a desire to produce and distribute application-based and focused webinars that are valid, commercial free and impactful to the bioanalytical scientist anywhere in the world through leading-edge content and technology,” said Erik Burns, DPPD Chair.

Bioanalysis Zone provides bioanalysts with a range of resources including news, webinars, interviews and commentaries from opinion leaders working within academia and the pharmaceutical industry, a business directory, and annual awards to show recognition of outstanding achievements in the field.

DPPD is the largest academic provider of pharmacy continuing education and professional development in the country providing adult education programming for pharmacists and practicing pharmaceutical industry scientists.
