NCI grant furthers research on personalized treatments

May Xiong, assistant professor in the Pharmaceutical Sciences Division, received funding from the National Cancer Institute to further her research in personalizing treatments for cancer patients.

The R00 portion of Xiong’s Pathway to Independence Award, “Multifunctional co-delivery systems for /in vivo/ combination therapy in cancer” focuses on investigating nanotechnologies for delivery of versatile drug combinations.
