Bailey Stevenson is a Doctor of Pharmacy student from Gays Mills, WI. She began working with the Shiyanbola Research Group in 2019 and is working on a project studying illness perceptions and adherence in African Americans with diabetes. Bailey enjoys being a part of the Shiyanbola Research Group and is excited to see the positive impact the results can have on the African American community. She presented the study results at the PSW Educational Conference in April as well as the School of Pharmacy Research Symposium.

After pharmacy school, Bailey hopes to gain experience at an acute care residency as she has many interests including pediatrics, critical care, and ambulatory care. In her free time, Bailey enjoys playing volleyball, baking, and spending time with family.
