In this interactive workshop participants will be exploring the connection between healthcare and social justice by examining systems of oppression, power, and privilege. Through guided activities, both small and large group, participants will be asked to consider their social identities and their role within these larger systems. Participants will create a better understanding of the impact of inequity and begin to build resources and strategies for creating change and developing cultural competence.
