Join us at the Allen Centennial Gardens for this interactive learning session, titled “Plants as Psychoactives and Medicines.” Participants will learn about UW–Madison’s Allen Centennial Gardens and be exposed to the role of plants as the basis of pharmaceuticals and medicines.

Organizers of this workshop come from mixed disciplinary backgrounds, with a goal of fostering conversations about psychedelics in society from within and outside of psychedelic clinical science and drug development to produce a wider understanding of the future.

Speakers include Reba Luiken (Allen Centennial Gardens), Ryan Dostal (Horticulture), Shelby Ellison (Horticulture), Lucas Richert  (Pharmacy), and JJ Strange (History). All are welcome to attend in person, but please be in touch with Amanda Pratt (apratt4@wisc.edu) to secure access to our learning booklet.
