Amazon in Pharmacy Practice?  Challenges and Opportunities in a Changing Health Care System 

The U.S. health care system has changed in some dramatic ways since the implementation of the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. Across the U.S., health care organizations have redesigned their approaches to care management in order to address the changes envisioned by the Act. In the private sector, industry disruptors (Amazon, etc.) are developing initiatives that may have significant impact on the profession of pharmacy. This seminar will provide a forum to discuss future challenges and opportunities for the pharmacy profession.
