Cooler weather and pumpkin spice in the air tells me that it’s time for Badger football and welcoming another class of PharmD and Pharm/Tox students to the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy! It’s also the impending end of my term as your Pharmacy Alumni Association (PAA) President. It’s been an amazing year serving you in this role and I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to meet so many of our great students and alumni from around the country. It’s truly amazing how many of you are working, volunteering, and representing the UW-Madison spirit. Thank you for your commitment to being great and showcasing what being part of the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy family is all about!
The PAA is always looking for ways to connect students with our alumni to foster lifelong relationships. Whether the annual School/PAA Fall Picnic, Career Fair, the Alumni Tailgate and Viewing Party on Saturday, November 11th, or interviewing the next generation of pharmacy professionals, I invite you to stay engaged. Attend, participate, celebrate and reconnect with friends and colleagues. For those who haven’t attended the tailgate, or if it’s been a few years, what’s not to love about a great event coupled with a football rivalry—you can’t lose! Register today!
