PEARL Rx
Pharmacy Practice Enhancement and Action Research Link
(PEARL Rx)*
The Pharmacy Practice Enhancement and Action Research Link (PEARL Rx) is a statewide research network of over 60 community, clinic, and hospital pharmacists.
A motivation for developing the network has been to build capacity for practice-based research initiatives in response to potential funding announcements and opportunities that ultimately could enhance and advance pharmacy practice in the state.
Our vision is that these collaborative projects between Wisconsin pharmacists and the faculty of the Sonderegger Research Center (SRC) at the UW School of Pharmacy will help pharmacists achieve their agenda of serving patients to their full capacity. The ultimate goal is to improve health outcomes for the people of Wisconsin through the development and delivery of innovative pharmacy practice and its evaluation.
* This network is supported by grant 1UL1RR025011 from the Clinical & Translational Science Award (CTSA) program of the National Center for Research Resources National Institutes of Health.
