The PharmD/MPH dual degree program is available for students who are currently enrolled in the Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program at the UW-Madison School of Pharmacy.  For information regarding admission into the PharmD program, please visit the School of Pharmacy admissions page.

PharmD students who wish to pursue the PharmD/MPH may apply to the MPH program during the second (DPH-2) or third (DPH-3) year of the PharmD curriculum. The PharmD/MPH dual degree is intended as a five-year program that requires completion of all PharmD requirements and all MPH requirements.  For information on application to the MPH program, please visit the School of Medicine and Public Health's website.
