Important Information for Transfer Students
For: Students who are not currently enrolled at UW-Madison and who are seeking admission to the B.S. Pharmacology - Toxicology (PharmTox) program.
In addition to meeting the Requirements for Admission to the Pharmacology - Toxicology program, students who are not currently enrolled at UW-Madison must apply and be admitted to the University of Wisconsin - Madison as undergraduate students. Students must be admitted to both the University of Wisconsin - Madison and the the School of Pharmacy's Pharmacology - Toxicology program in order to enroll in the Pharm & Tox program.
The undergraduate admissions requirements for UW-Madison differ substantially from the Requirements for Admission to the PharmTox program. Therefore, prospective transfer students should carefully review the admissions information for both the UW and for the PharmTox program prior to applying.
